One of the most popular beverages consumed in the world, Green Tea  -may help improve bone health. Scientist in Hong Kong have found that the tea contains a group of chemicals that can stimulate bone formation and help slow its breakdown.

Recent studies in humans and cell cultures have now made it possible to add bone health to the growing list of benefits that come from green tea. Ping Chung Leung and colleagues note that specific chemicals in the tea stimulate the activity of a key enzyme that promotes bone growth by up to 75+ percent.
